Expanding chucks, for use on unwinders and rewinders, are torque activated using the movement of the reel to expand the gripping jaws elements in order to automatically block and centre the reel core.

Their simple but innovative operating principle guarantees high performance even in dust-filled environments as the jaws expand just by rotating around a central cam.

All chucks are designed to avoid core damage and can be cleaned directly on roll stands.
