Model 405FH – Manual reel lift trolley
In addition to its high reliability and small dimensions, the Model 405FH possesses all the requirements needed for web handling and web feeding in rotary printing, flexographic, serigraphic, and cutting machine applications.
Model 405BA – Electronic reel lifting trolley
With the same high reliability and small dimensions, the electronic lifting trolley matches all requirements needed for web handling and web feeding in rotary printing, flexographic, serigraphic, and cutting machine applications.
The MOSFET system allows the electronic recovery of energy guaranteeing approximately 120 hours per charge. An acoustic signal warns the operator when batteries reach low energy levels. A wide range of construction variants allow the equipment lay-out to be adapted to any specific application.
Model 410BMS – Reel turner trolley
The self-propelled trolley has been designed for the raising and handling of wound reels. It has been built according to the strict laws established by The Health and Safety at Work Act and to ensure high efficiency even over prolonged use. The unit consists of a basic frame on wheels, an electric pump, a piston that moves the boom in a vertical way on two vertical sliders and a second piston rotating the chucks supporting the reel.
Model 400 – Lifting boards with fixed platform
Fixed platform for lifting reels from floor level to the machine’s working height.
Model 500 – Lifting boards with tilting platform
Platform for lifting reels from floor level to the machine’s working height and also discharging reels onto conveyor.
Model BMS270 – Reel turner
An electro-hydro-pneumatic machine designed to address all problems associated with the handling of reels of different materials and sizes. A wide range of reel weights may be moved, palletised, loaded and stored, making the system particularly suitable for special papers that are otherwise difficult to handle. It can be installed on the floor (fixed position) or on a rail-mounted trolley connected to the electrical and pneumatic line to allow the clamping chuck movement.
