Paper machine evolution dictated a revision of the design and field of application of conventional surface application systems. To meet these requirements, Allimand developed the A-Sizer.

The main advantages of the A-Sizer are: the capability to use grooved (small diameter) or plain (large diameter) rods; a CD correction system with high precision micro adjusters; full stainless steel construction; and A-Sizer head temperature control by hot water flow.
