Rollers for tissue production

Compared to metal rollers, carbon rollers weigh 10-15 times less and enable tissue machines to run at twice the speed. Due to their stiffness and lightness, tissue-working formats can be wider therefore increasing production rates. Due to the carbon roller’s lower inertia the plant starting time and emergency breaking time can be much shorter.
 
Dancing rollers or rollers installed on load cells form a lower tare weight allowing tension to be read with greater, faster precision from smaller load cells.

Other features include: improvement of aerodynamic flow; reduction of structural loads on machine and great precision.
