The flexo and rotogravure range includes Cliché rollers; Air carriers; Anilox rollers; and Guiding rollers

The use of carbon fibre mandrels in flexo printing has become essential for use with wide spans or reduced cliché sizes (mandrels with small diameter). These will increase running speeds as well as easing bounce problems when working with particularly difficult clichés.

Carbon rollers with different elastic modules and stiffness are available dependant on the type of fibre used. Options range from stiffness similar to steel but with a much lower weight, to rollers with stiffness up to 1.5 times of steel yet with a 3 to 5 times lower weight of the whole mandrel.
