Filtercel

The Filtercel is a pressurised in-line filter with an automatic cleaning system designed for fine filtration of liquids such as:
  • starch
  • pigment and filler slurries
  • coating colours with high viscosity and high concentration of dry matter

Product flows from top to bottom and from inside to out (1) (2)

Filtering media: slotted basket (3)

2 continuous reject outlets:

  • on top cover: for low density contaminants and air (4)
  • for high density contaminants (5)

Continuous cleaning of the filtering surface with a rotating element equipped with 3 scraping blades (6)

Driven by gear motor from the base of the filter (8)
