ESTENBOB 84, known as semiautomatic because film sealing and cutting (start and end of cycle) are made by the operator - while all other operations are fully automatic - has been designed to wrap paper rolls with axial style.

Estenbob 84

Operation of this machine is semi automatic with the sticking and cutting of film (at the start and the end of the cycle) made by hand, whilst all other wrapping operations are fully automatic. The machine is designed for paper roll wrapping in axial style (cocoon) thus covering the whole of the roll by means of stretchable LLDPE film layers.

The cushion created by the several film layers traps air between the film thus providing good protection against moisture and impact damage. This protection level is adjustable by means of varying the film thickness, waving and overlapping.

Machine installation is normally on a platform at floor level.
