Already well known, and to be found in hundreds of installations across the world, is the innovatively designed RADISCREEN pressurised screen. Also RADICLONE, a canister type of hydrocyclone concept with extremely good separation, successfully used, for example, in the short circulation in paper machines for board, different packaging grades and medical papers.

A more recent development is PERISCREEN, a state-of-the-art pressurised screen for fine and machine screening utilising the best of today’s technology. Normally, narrow slots are used for the screening. High screening efficiency is achieved together with low energy consumption. The first PERISCREEN-M machine screen was commissioned and installed in India in December 2010.

The latest product from Noss is the PERICLONE hydrocyclone. This concept is very well suited for approach flow systems in small and middle size paper machines. It can be used for all kinds of paper grades such as bags, board, tissue, newsprint as well as recycled fibre. The innovative design minimises the fibre drop over the HYDROCLONE and thereby also reduces energy consumption. Robustly constructed, PERICLONE is designed to provide easy handling, inspection and maintenance.
