CVN Vooner Paper Machinery was formed in 2003, when the CVN business was acquired by the Vooner FloGard Corporation, USA, and the CVN products combined with Vooner vacuum equipment to offer a stand-alone dewatering system.
As economic pressures impact on profit levels, the CVN range of cost-reducing equipment will improve manufacturing performance by the installation of fixed and oscillating showers to lubricate rolls, clean press fabrics and apply chemicals.
CVN mechanical oscillators produce "complete coverage cleaning," a trademark of CVN in the industry.
Vacuum dewatering of press fabrics is done evenly with rugged suction boxes strong enough to support lower, long-term cost, ceramic covers; and, to improve profits, mills are increasingly recycling process water which then requires removing of fibres with CVN strainers, tube filters and cooling towers.
